Gymnastics

JudoThe section of gymnastics was already opened in 1904 at the foundation of the TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen. Rhythmics was taken up in 1985. The whole section today counts the proud number of 106 members. The exercises of rhythmics which are accompanied by pieces of music embrace floor, ribbon, hoop, club and rope. The six disciplines included in the gymnastics section are floor, rings, horse and vaulting horse, parallel bars and horizontal bar. In addition the section has a special offer for everyone over 30: "He and She" is specifically designed for this age group and enables people to keep fit with gymnastics.
