Trimaran "Bayer CropScience"

Over 18 metres long and 30 metres high – the “Bayer CropScience”. The trimaran of the multihull class was sponsored by Bayer France from 2002 to 2003 and competed at international regattas around the round.

At the millennium games in Sydney, Bayer AG, in cooperation with Bayer Australia, established a Bayer Olympic Meeting Point on board the luxury cruise liner "MS Deutschland", the official guest ship of the German NOC.

At a breathtaking location in Sydney Harbour, Bayer clients, staff and journalists experienced daily get-togethers with world-class athletes and witnessed interesting rounds of interviews, while enjoying the Bayer hospitality and the unique Olympic spirit. Truly unforgettable!

Bayer MBA Challenge, Philippinen, August 1999

At the request of the local Bayer subsidiary, the Basketball-Bundesliga team of TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen held a series of goodwill games in the Philippines. Five games were staged under the title "Bayer MBA Challenge" against top teams from the MBA, the professional Philippine basketball league.

Live TV broadcasts of all the games, extensive media coverage and additional PR and advertising activities made the event a great promotional success for Bayer Philippines.

Official Supplier of the Commonwealth Games, Kuala Lumpur 1998

At the Games, the world´s second-largest sports festival after the Olympics, Bayer Malaysia was the "Official Supplier of the Commonwealth Games" for pharmaceutical products. A hospitality pavilion in the VIP village was used in order to invite key regional customers.

Bayer Super Match, Bangkok May 1998

A soccer match between Bayer 04 Leverkusen and the Thai national team with live TV coverage was staged for Bayer Thailand as a PR event using the professional soccer team as a "friendly ambassador" of the company.
