Some of the sports facilities owned by the club TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen are the Kurt-Rieß-Anlage, which is very close to the BayArena, the Fritz-Jacobi-Anlage in Leverkusen-Manfort and the Ulrich-Haberland-Halle.

On the Kurt-Rieß-Anlage a sports hall with the same name can be found along with the TSV main office, the fitness studio "GoFit“, the Herbert-Grünewald-Halle, various outdoor training facilities and an athletics track.

The Fritz-Jacobi-Anlage in Leverkusen-Manfort offers the TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen various training facilities. Elsewhere the main office of the athletics department can be found there along will an athletics hall and the Manforter Stadion.
